They did not tell me what lease payment was going to be and how much I had to put down I was told payment was going to be one thing and it came out to 300 dollars more. They also told me all I had to put d and how much I had to put down I was told payment was going to be one thing and it came out to 300 dollars more. They also told me all I had to put down was 4000 and when it came down to it they said 7000 they should have told me before I signed paperwork cause I was expecting one thing got another. The plates were switched. Insurance switched they did financing last..they should have told me what I am going to have to give them first. I am now with a car which I hope I could afford. I just think it was sneaky. I am dissatisfied by the way it was done. More

She was pleasant at first however when she had to come back and speak to us regarding some issues that I needed to change on my Honda civic , she was very loud, no privacy at all. Also she made remarks li back and speak to us regarding some issues that I needed to change on my Honda civic , she was very loud, no privacy at all. Also she made remarks like “you were told multiple times” and “just so you know baron honda has made you aware of this” and very obnoxious towards the end. She doesn’t know peoples budget or income and maybe I wasn’t able to afford it previously, that doesn’t give her the right to speak to anyone like that. More
