Phenomenal experience! Took my car in for some anticipated yearly maintenance but there were a few bumps as I needed some additional work I didn’t anticipate. I have worked with Fenix Villar several times including this most recent visit. It is truly a pleasure working with him! He's very friendly, knowledgeable & goes above and beyond to provide a great experience! He epitomizes what it means to provide excellent customer service! I also worked with Steve Ferchak in Fenix's absence when I returned to have parts installed. He was also very friendly & helpful! I was having major parts installed (an axle & power steering hose). I appreciated Steve's honesty in letting me know what to expect as far as the timing of getting my car back. He asked me ahead of time if I'd be ok with the car staying until the next day if necessary. This made me feel the level of integrity on his part & it made me feel more comfort that they wanted to take the time to get the job done right! Thanks so much! More
