Taking Coronavirus into consideration I still rated this average. I had a scheduled appointment and opted to wait for my vehicle...3 hours later I was done. There was no mention of an extended wait until I inquired at the cashier desk where I noticed a sign warning of an extended wait. The cashier is the last point of contact, why not the first point of contact? Basic courtesy goes a long way. I didn't mind the wait more than lack of communication. Otherwise I would have rated this 4 stars. More

Warranty Repair I had an issue with a piece of molding that was not right on the new vehicle. I brought it in, without an appointment and the service person said the I had an issue with a piece of molding that was not right on the new vehicle. I brought it in, without an appointment and the service person said they would look at it and if I was leaving the car. I was not prepared to leave the vehicle so he suggested that I make an appointment to have it taken care of. I was able to get an appointment the very next day to have the vehicle looked at to determine the course of action to be taken. This only took about an hour to have the service person look at it with suggestions. The person attempted to repair it but could not and a new part was needed to be ordered. I was told that they would contact me but if I did not hear in about two weeks to contact them. I was satisfied with the course of action taken and awaiting the final outcome More
