When I arrived for my 8:30am appointment I asked about how long the service would take. The man told me about 2hrs. After 2hre no one came to update me on the car. 3 hrs passed still nothing. I went and asked Steven can he check on the car he said yes. He never came out and told me anything. I had to ask the young lady at the front desk for information. She called the back and their told her it should be ready by 1pm. So I sat there for 4.5 hrs and no one came out to update me on something that Steven claimed would be 2hrs. More

Routine oil change. I was not told by advisor they were short staff at time of check in.i arrived at 7:30. I said I was waiting. The simple service oil change took over 2 hours. I inquired at the desk afte short staff at time of check in.i arrived at 7:30. I said I was waiting. The simple service oil change took over 2 hours. I inquired at the desk after 1 hour wait time. Was told then they were busy and short staffed. She said I should have been told that at check in by the service advisor.which I was not told. I had a doctors appointment which I missed as a result of this two hour simple oil change. The whole thing from check in to check out was two and one half hours. a s a result of this visit I do not think I will return to Babylon Honda service.
