With great hesitation, I do give 5 stars but I’ve learned in the past when I have given great reviews, the next time I return to the business, they do not meet my expectations, so with this review I hope it remains top notch. I was disappointed to learn that the people i worked with for many years are no longer there, so I hope that the new owners take good care of the current salespeople and do the right thing for its customers so that I can return. I live closer to another Honda dealer and have worked with them as an employee and a customer and will not return. So please do the right thing and my family and I will be back. Ron was an excellent salesperson and kept my cost to my budget. the car I picked up was way above my expectations and although I was not shown the car, as a loyal Honda I can figure it out.
