He was very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL and made a very insulting comment to me. Although I made an appointment to pick up my car the process took almost 2 hours , mostly sitting around waiting without any explanation as to why or how much longer. Overall it was an average experience with no notable service to praise. I hope I have a better experience when its time to service the vehicle But thank you Tamia and Bob for all your help More

Excellent Service I arrived early but was taken right in. I had an oil change and recall to the manual.
