Recall on air bag inflator I was there almost 3 hours but the waiting room was comfortable and I watched HGTV which I like. Salesperson was phenomenal Sergio was the best salesperson you could ask for. He asked what I wanted and needed and responded with just that. I had done my research beforehand and knew the exact vehicle I wanted. He showed me that vehicle and explained each feature painlessly (even ones I did not know). We took a test drive even though I had driven it at other Honda dealerships and talked me through scenarios and features (inclement weather, the dashboard, radio, etc). We got back and discussed numbers. I knew my comfortable payment (from haggling other dealerships) and he met it. The only tedious part was meeting with the finance guys. The paperwork took 4 hours AFTER agreeing. The car was delivered and I drove off. The next day I had technical issues with explaining features and Sergio came to my job and helped me out after I couldn't figure it out over the phone. He called a few days later just to touch base and see if I was doing well with the vehicle. I would 100 percent refer anyone to him. More

Great service! I was looking to buy a 2019 Honda Ridgeline. I wanted to try Babylon Honda because it is fairly local . Joe DiLeo was the salesperson to help me out.
