Great quick oil change turnaround! Went in for the first oil change of my 2019 Civic. Was in and out in about 45mins. Great service! Excellent, fast, efficient service! Late afternoon on a weekday is the best service experience I’ve had here so far! I went in for an oil change and t Excellent, fast, efficient service! Late afternoon on a weekday is the best service experience I’ve had here so far! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Both services are fixed fair prices. That leads to my only gripe. If both of my services require a vehicle to be put on a lift I feel that one of the services should be discounted only because in essence you’re paying 2 times to have your vehicle up on a lift but they’re only doing it once and performing both services. Just a suggestion that I feel that they should consider. If I would’ve done theses services separately on different day it would’ve taken Honda more overall time to make the same money I paid them for both being done at the same time so I feel that they save a technician’s time as well as all others involved in the service experience by not doing it in 2 separate visits so Honda should pass on the savings in the wallet! Everyone wins! More
