NYS inspection needed I’m very disappointed because I was told that the free NYS inspection won’t be offered going forward as it was part of the deal and one of the reasons I’m very disappointed because I was told that the free NYS inspection won’t be offered going forward as it was part of the deal and one of the reasons why I chose Babylon Honda for the purchase of my three cars. I am also very disappointed to hear that the Atlantic Dealership took over Babylon Honda. We specifically went to Babylon Honda because of their reputation but more because in the past we had bad dealings with Atlantic. Their service department was the worse to deal with because of inexperienced technician, rude service managers and rude personnel. I would hate to think this dealership will become the same. If so, i will then take my cars elsewhere for service or to another dealership. The fact I was told the free NYS Inspection deal won’t be carried forward could only be an indication of what’s to come from Atlantic Babylon Honda. I wish I had known before my purchase otherwise I would have gone to a different dealership. More

Later I learned that the backlog of work was not only due to the high volume of interested buyers but also because one finance person had abruptly quit. The context assuaged my upset as I recognized that all I dealt with were doing their very best to assist me under difficult circumstance. Tamia B. was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable (and this was her first day on the job); John L. Is a stand up guy whose integrity is beyond measure; and Omar was efficient and most informative (every question asked was answered clearly). You have a great staff at the New Babylon HONDA. (Just need to replace the finance person who seemed to leave all “high and dry” to ease the wait times.)
