I would recommend Babylon Honda with a caution I was dealing with the salesman T He was fine and easy to deal with no problem with him. However,,after the deal was closed and I took possession of I was dealing with the salesman T He was fine and easy to deal with no problem with him. However,,after the deal was closed and I took possession of the CR-V and later that day I reviewed the lease agreement and it seemed to me I didn't get a good deal. The bank charge was excessive, From what I can determine there was no incentive rebates or manufacturer rebates or any programs at all.. the only cap cost reduction was my down payment of $3,000 plus all the other charges I had a bill of $6,000. This is not the way a good lease works. From what I could determine the MSRP was the total number the lease was calculated on. It should have been less with rebates and incentives. I admit I could be wrong. Anyway, I have the car I'll have it three for years and that's that. Thanks Santo Lombardozzi More
Horrible experience This was the worst auto repair experience I’ve ever had. I brought in my car for an oil change and repair to the door locking mechanism. The car was This was the worst auto repair experience I’ve ever had. I brought in my car for an oil change and repair to the door locking mechanism. The car was dropped off on Saturday and I was told the car would be ready on Monday when the part for the lock repair arrives. On Tuesday i contacted the dealer since no one yet contacted me. I was told the car was ready. When I picked up the car I noted that the alarm was not functioning. The alarm functioned fine when the car was dropped off. I was told the tech was gone and I had to leave the car again. The following day I called since again no one contacted me and I was told the car was ready. When my wife went to pick up the car the alarm still was not functioning. The sales tech Stephanie was rude and insisted my vehicle did not have the feature for the horn to beep when the alarm was armed. I explained that the car has always done for several years that I’ve owned the car and to this she responded “that is not possible”. I asked to speak to a manager and she stated there is no manager on duty. While arguing with Stephanie about the alarm a tech overheard the conversation and agreed that there was an alarm problem. My wife was told to wait. After an hour and a half she inquired and was told the car would be a while. She was told the car had to be left overnight again. Thursday I called to inquire about the car and service dept refused to speak with me. My calls were put into voicemail. I called several times requesting to speak with a manager. I had to go in person to get an update on the car which the alarm still did not work. I needed the car to catch a 6am Friday morning flight and my car still wasn’t ready 5 days after dropping it off for just an oil change and lock repair. I was told too bad and the facility does not offer loaner cars. Finally I saw a manager walking around and explained the situation. he agreed that the horn should beep when the alarm is armed and there was a problem. He then gave me a loaner car which I was previously told wasn’t possible. On Friday tech Stephanie called to tell me the vehicle was ready. I specifically asked about the alarm and she stated that the alarm now works properly. Today is Monday 9 days later and I will pick up the car later today. I am very frustrated by the poor customer service and how no one would direct Me to a manager despite several requests. No one in the facility cared. I will find out later today when I pick up the vehicle if the alarm is now fixed, the alarm that worked fine when the car was dropped off 9 days ago. In addition not one person has offered any kind of apology for the inconvenience and horrible customer service. More
A little unorganized I picked out a car, was told a monthly price, and when I came back 2 days later to sign papers I was told to call insurance and put the CRV on, which I picked out a car, was told a monthly price, and when I came back 2 days later to sign papers I was told to call insurance and put the CRV on, which afterwards I was told they were raising the monthly price so I decided to switch to an HRV, and as I was on the phone to insurance again I was told they would honor the first price for the CRV. I feel like this whole conversation should have happened when I first came in and not after I did the long insurance phone call. I also appreciate the manager honoring the original price. I just wish information was brought forward and discussed first before making moves to switch the insurance. I will say I worked with Dana and she was fantastic. She was patient in helping me find a car and with the switching of type of car I was going to buy. She also came in on her day off and stayed an hour past closing to help. More

The sales rep Dana was very helpful with explaining concepts to me as well as answering all the questions I had. She was very polite and understanding. When it was time to move on to the finance part, the financial rep was awesome. She did a great job at helping me keep the payments within a budget that I set. She also helped explain what the different packages were. My family has never had an issue with this dealership and I’m glad to see that they maintain their great service with the new ownership. More
