4 time customer will never return I placed a order for a car with Rodney Hassell . I was told the car would be in in under a week . At no point did Rodney or anyone else provide a upda I placed a order for a car with Rodney Hassell . I was told the car would be in in under a week . At no point did Rodney or anyone else provide a update . 8 days later while looking at the company website I saw the car I ordered was in stock . 5 phone calls to Rodney , the general managers and the inventory specialists went un returned . Upon going in all the above where “shocked to discover this “ no reasonable explanation was given for this or the 5 unreturned calls . I canceled my order and was told my credit card would be credited . 8 days now and 3 visits and still waiting . This is the way a long time customer is treated ? No thank you ! More
