4 time customer will never return I placed a order for a car with Rodney Hassell . I was told the car would be in in under a week . At no point did Rodney or anyone else provide a update . 8 days later while looking at the company website I saw the car I ordered was in stock . 5 phone calls to Rodney , the general managers and the inventory specialists went un returned . Upon going in all the above where “shocked to discover this “ no reasonable explanation was given for this or the 5 unreturned calls . I canceled my order and was told my credit card would be credited . 8 days now and 3 visits and still waiting . This is the way a long time customer is treated ? No thank you ! More
A real salesman still in 2019 I just wanted to take a moment to say how good and helpful Fred Gilbert was in obtaining my new car. I was introduced to Fred through a Broker in b I just wanted to take a moment to say how good and helpful Fred Gilbert was in obtaining my new car. I was introduced to Fred through a Broker in buying this car... You would figure that the broker would be the main person and the most helpful.. I would definitely say that in this case it is the dealer that has been the most professional, helpful with my new car. I would recommend the dealership and would tell my friends to go directly to Fred Gilbert to find the car they want, and to tell them he is an honest man who is not your typical stereo type car salesman.. Even though the dealer was the middle person in this purchase, they were the ones that cared enough to follow through, and see how I was doing with my new car.. I hope the management sees this review and if there is anything that they can do to put this in his file, or maybe just to be recognized is all a employee really want... They like to be told when they do good jobs when often they are only talked to when there is a problem. Even though I live in Queens I will use Babylon Honda for all my service needs now, and again thank Fred for all the help he offered me.. Larry R More
PROBLEM WITH PAINT NOT ADDRESSED I am having a serious problem with the paint peeling off the back of my WHITE 2014 Honda Odyssey. The paint literally PEELS off, it's not chipping off I am having a serious problem with the paint peeling off the back of my WHITE 2014 Honda Odyssey. The paint literally PEELS off, it's not chipping off, it just peeled off the back of my van. After just 5 years this should not be happening AT ALL. I brought it the attention of my service advisor who stated she took pictures and would be sending it to the District Service Manager. I have yet to hear anything from anyone, I've tried contacting the manager at Babylon Honda Service twice and have gotten no reply. Is this customer service? I think not. I will be taking my business elsewhere, I am fairly disgusted with Honda right now. More

Never going back, they are a rip off Went to Babylon Honda on June 7 for a NYS inspection and for their "D" service, which essentially an oil change and full inspection and replacement of Went to Babylon Honda on June 7 for a NYS inspection and for their "D" service, which essentially an oil change and full inspection and replacement of all fluids, wiper blades, tire pressure, replacement of air filters, etc. They also told me that I was in need of a new brakes, that the brakes were worn down and that they should be replaced immediately. I picked up the car and took it to my local mechanic, because I was not going to have the dealer do my brakes ($$$). My mechanic showed me the brakes, they were worn less than 50%! He said I could get another 30-40K miles out of them be fore they need to be replaced. He also said I was in desperate need of an oil change, and showed me the oil. I paid over $500 for their "D" service and they didn't change the oil! How can I trust they did any of the other 15 things they were supposed to do under this service? This is not the only issue I've had with Babylon Honda, but it is the latest, the most egregious and certainly the last. Will not be going back with any of the three Hondas my family owns, More
