Don’t know who to trust! Never received any updates or calls as promised. Repeatedly had to call and leave messages. I didn’t expect a resolution due to the nature of the problem and holiday weekend. But also did not expect to be ignored. When I asked for a loaner, one was not going to be provided until I asked to him escalate the issue. Still, no calls received until I called my original sales rep. Received loaner 5:30pm,2+ days after bringing car in. Was called on Saturday telling me the issue was the battery and it has been resolved. Questioned why service rep told me Wednesday they changed the battery and it still did not work! Was it really done or just trying to get me off the phone. As my title states, Don’t know who to trust! In addition, duct tape was used to seal window and it left tape on the car. Could have returned car the same way it was given, washed and no tape on it.
