Service The service on this last visit was very disappointing. Usually Babylon Honda is an excellent service center, but this visit was the worst I have ever The service on this last visit was very disappointing. Usually Babylon Honda is an excellent service center, but this visit was the worst I have ever experience. The cashier was unhelpful. I came in for an oil change and my service advisor was excellent. I usually wait anywhere for 30 minutes to and hour for an oil change without an appointment. I made an appointment and was waiting for my car over 2 hours. I could understand if the service center was busy. But my car was ready withi 45 minutes but the cashier would not release my car to me until an advisor give her the paperwork. I asked her if she can just go ask for the paperwork because my car was sitting out front for over 2 hours. Finally after I complained for the third time she went to the advisor and got the paperwork. Also I had a coupon but it was not used. I will come back again because BabylonHonda has the best service on Long Island. More

Good routine service for car; Good service and Service Advisor but frustrated by the difficulty in diagnosing and repairing XM Sirrius issues. Reduced to fixing components one-by- Good service and Service Advisor but frustrated by the difficulty in diagnosing and repairing XM Sirrius issues. Reduced to fixing components one-by-one until it works again but have to pay for everything whether it works or not....and it is EXPENSIVE! Basically they are guessing. Seems like test equipment would be available if they wanted it but seemingly they don't. Instead of replacing the antenna for example, should first connect a test antenna at the appropriate points and see if the problem is resolved...but they don't have a test antenna. Etc, etc. More

Salesman made misstatements I bought a car this year from Babylon Honda and found that the salesman misstated facts. I had just come over from 3 Toyota leases where manufacturer I bought a car this year from Babylon Honda and found that the salesman misstated facts. I had just come over from 3 Toyota leases where manufacturer gives 2 years free basic maintenance, and asked the salesman what Honda gives, and was told that they give 1 year free basic maintenance. I also asked about various issues that I had heard about CRV engine problems, and the salesman was evasive. I decided to lease the car and was given a price through Honda finance. When returned to finalize and pick up the car, I was told that they financed the car through a credit union and not Honda Finance without ever consulting me. I have excellent credit. It was too late for me to back away and the salesman stated that I would have no problem paying online, which turned out to be false. When I returned to Babylon honda for my first service, I was then told that they don't give any free maintenance. When I approached the dealer, he just said the same thing and didn't even approach his salesman. Obviously, once Babylon Honda makes a sale, they no longer care about their customers. I would be wary about ever buying from them again and with a lease, I will need to buy again, so they have lost a customer. More
