My only, and biggest beef with these folks is that I went in to purchase what was supposed to be a $19,000+ car and ended up paying over $27,000. Granted, a couple of thousand of this was sales tax but come on. I was told that there was an additional something that was in the fine print on the web page. If so, I did not find it and it should be up front so the customer can know exactly what to expect. As it was, my $23,000 (in round numbers) was significantly exceeded. More

Wayne helped me fill out the forms and was really awesome!It was like I was on a vacation experience they did all the footwork for me. I wanted the reddish burgundy color and called around differ dealerships myself. Now my local dealer said there was none available. I by chance connected with John and "poof" he was a magician and said I will have it for you in 3 days. This is my 5th vehicle from Honda so I am a seasoned customer. This was the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! Like a car SPA! Thank you to the entire Honda Babylon you are my second home away from home!. Just so everyone knows I drove from Chappaqua NY in Westchester County to see them. I will now forever be their customer and family! More

Will not use this service center again Vehicle brought in for oil change, state inspection and recall. I brought it up to a service rep and all he did was reset the gage without checking with the mechanic that serviced the vehicle. With all the shenanigans that dealerships and service center have been caught doing, I don't feel this was the proper way to make a customer feel satisfied. More
