Service Advisor stinks! Service center great though. I felt that Christopher Burke was a little arrogant. He was talking over me and wouldn’t really listen to what I had to say. I called him and left him a voicemail when I got home to get some more information on more services I could have gotten done. He never called me back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE on Christopher Burke. I have been going to this service center for years and love it there. Will definitely go back but stay clear from him. Fenix is amazing there! Have always dealt with him in the past. Never again with Christopher Burke. He even said the wrong thing to me when on paper it said 30 days. He is not knowledgeable. More
