Do Your Homework Joe DiLeo was a very congenial salesman, willing to please,,,though new to this dealership, he was willing to get the info we wanted if he was unsure Joe DiLeo was a very congenial salesman, willing to please,,,though new to this dealership, he was willing to get the info we wanted if he was unsure of a correct answer,...On our end, I was sorry that we didn't investigate pricing more and that we were focused so much on price, that we didn't focus enough on features of the car. . Luckily for us, we did get features which made us pleased. Not to take away from them, but I think, in hindsight, that we may have been able to negotiate for a better price---that takes time and our patience with this sort of thing is limited. Years ago, Saturn had a bottom line pricing system and I always thought that was so much fairer, since people vary in their negotiating skills. A big plus with this dealership is that they are so welcoming and willing to help with any questions concerning the operation of the vehicle, even after the purchase was finalized. We have been back already to get some instruction on various aspects of the car and intend to go again for help with programming some of the features for which we still have questions. They are extremely patient and courteous!..In today's climate of poor attitudes, their graciousness is very welcomed! More
