FAST AND EFFORTLESS I give this dealership a 4 star rating mainly due to my experience with the salesman Fred. I went in on my lunch break and test drove the car and made a deal before heading back to work. the only thing I did not agree with was the minimum $2,000 deposit that is non-refundable which is completely insane to me (fix that guys). Thank God the deal was good after giving that deposit cause if not... hmmm. Anyway except that and a couple small things from finance that I felt they tried to get me on also the experience was pleasant and that's all thanks to Fred. I would highly recommend him, not so much the dealership entirely. More

Honda Recall Service I brought my car in for an airbag recall by Honda I dropped my car off at 9am on a Saturday and was expecting to pick it up at 3pm that afternoon. Not sure my first review was sent Back to back appointments 4/5 and 4/8. On 4/5 had oil changed and tires rotated. Technician recommended immediate attention for EFI Service and Power Back to back appointments 4/5 and 4/8. On 4/5 had oil changed and tires rotated. Technician recommended immediate attention for EFI Service and Power Steering Flush. Came back 4/5 for that servicing. Another technician said Power Steering Flush not needed, but oil change and tire rotation needed immediate attention (even though done just 3 days prior). These contradicting recommendations left me baffled and wondering about your technicians diagnostic abilities. I have brought my vehicle to Babylon HONDA for the last 18 or so months, always trusting and taking your technicians advice. Now I wonder. Dennis O’Rourke More
