Last minute inspection and new car purchase While driving my other vehicle to finalize a new purchase for myself of a Honda passport I noticed that the inspection was going to expire in 24 hours While driving my other vehicle to finalize a new purchase for myself of a Honda passport I noticed that the inspection was going to expire in 24 hours. I stopped by the Babylon Honda dearer location and told John L and Rodney that I would be back shortly to finish the purchase I drove to the Babylon shop and explained my time constraints to Chris Burke. He did what was necessary to get me through the inspection quickly and while I was there I had some warranty questions about my new purchase. Chris was very insightful, told me to go back to the dealer and tell john L my concerns. John worked with Jose from finance to get me an extended warranty and Jose worked at retiming my lease to benefit the extension of warranty. Rodney was probably the most personable sales associate that I have ever dealt with, Jose and John worked out the best combination of lease time warranty time and pricing , Chris Burke from service gave me the advice needed to ask the right questions back at the dealer and got me out of the service center with my other car in less than an hour. All through this Rodney kept checking on my progress while diealinf with his other customers and at the end of the day was there past closing to fasten the license plates on my new purchase. Patience truly is a virtue I arrived at my 11:00 am appointment on time. I own the 2012 Honda Pilot and brought it in because of a passenger airbag recall and inspection. I lef I arrived at my 11:00 am appointment on time. I own the 2012 Honda Pilot and brought it in because of a passenger airbag recall and inspection. I left at 2:17 pm. On the recall notice it said my wait time would be approximately 45minutes. Plus the inspection I figured wouldn’t be longer than an 1hr...3 hours later and some!! Heads up to whomever is going to get serviced at this spot! Drop your car off and pick it up when it’s ready. I could have done lots with my 3- 1/4 hrs wait time!!! More

overall good, but some concerns Overall, the visit was OK. This Service center has a nice 'quiet area' waiting room where I was able to get some work done. The staff is courteous. My only issue with the visit is that I was there longer than I thought I would be (just over two hours) for an oil change, software update (recall), and patched tire. Also, the cost of patching the tire ($45 plus tax) seems high to me. More
