He explained that brake work done elsewhere on vehicle was done improperly, causing premature wear of my brake pads & rotors. He had two techs work on my vehicle to complete the work quickly. It was done in less than an hour, His courteous understanding made my disaster go away. Thank you. I had my vehicle in earlier that week for an oil change & multi-point inspection, perhaps the tech should have reported my "glazed" rotors. More
