I made the appointment online through their website, which was very easy to use. I received a confirmation email with all the details shortly after completing the forms on the site. I also received a reminder the day before my appointment. Upon checkin-the whole process was handled professionally and I was told exactly what was to be done and why as well as how long it should take , and the work was done within that time. Reed Cronin was the advisor assigned for this visit and he was great. I bought my Honda elsewhere but after experiencing the professionalism of having my CRV serviced here I will definitely consider Babylon Honda for my next vehicle when my lease is due.
