Great Place to get your car I have been to other Honda dealerships and own few vehicles. Not too happy with the customer service I received. I dropped my car off at about 10:30 for a 10:45 appt, for an inspection, nothing else. They said they would call me when it was ready, & even verified I dropped my car off at about 10:30 for a 10:45 appt, for an inspection, nothing else. They said they would call me when it was ready, & even verified my phone number. At 4:30PM when I still did not receive any communication, I called and asked if it was ready. The woman had me on hold for a bit and then told me that they had just finished up my inspection and they were bringing the car out so to come by. I got to the service center around 4:45PM and was handed my keys and forms, and on the form it said 12:45PM I said was my car ready at 12:45PM? And she said yes, we called you and left a message, I said no you didn't I never received a voicemail she told me they called the number on file which happened to be my parents home phone number, not the number I verified! - a number that should not be on my account. She said the car had been waiting, I said a couple minutes ago when I called you said it was just finishing up? ... I left and spoke to my parents who told me there was no call or voicemail. I don't appreciate the lying and the runaround or waiting over 5 hours to get an inspection done. Could have gone anywhere, and been done within 20 minutes. Very disappointed. More
