He is a superior, compassionate representative and deserves a raise, He also advises me of the car maintenance needed and lets me know if I can apply coupons (since I am on a tight budget). The facility is beautiful and a great place to wait. The staff has always been professional and courteous. One little note, please have napkins in the coffee area so people can clean up if there is a spill. More
