Purchase of a 2019 Honda HRV-Sport Andrew was very helpful, friendly, and honest in assisting with the purchase of new vehicles for my father and I. He was very knowledgable about the Andrew was very helpful, friendly, and honest in assisting with the purchase of new vehicles for my father and I. He was very knowledgable about the the vehicle models we were interested in and was easy to communicate with regarding our questions and concerns. His staying at the dealership hours after close on New Year's Eve to make we got our keys that night was commendable. We had a great experience buying from him and I'm sure he's an asset to the Babylon Honda team. I did, however, have a very negative experience with the finance manager, Will. After encountering a "red flag" on my insurance/credit check, he was not very helpful in assisting with getting this fixed (although I did fix it, myself, eventually.) At one point, when it appeared as if I may not be getting my new car on the day agreed upon with Andrew, Will turned around and told my father that I gave an okay to buy at a later date which I never did. When I tried to convey the urgency of picking up the vehicle that day, he was very disrespectful saying "it's New Year's Eve, we all have plans we need to leave for" and "this is not as simple as buying a bag of chips, John." These comments and this situation nearly made me take my business to another dealership. Please be sure that this feedback bears no reflection on the excellent work that Andrew did for us last weekend. Thank you. More
