Extremely Happy I got my CR-V from Babylon Honda Not only was my sales associate Thaddeus an over all a wonderful man, but Fenix was just as wonderful. He is so professional and knowledgable. This is my first Honda and Babylon Honda is far superior to other Honda dealers I've visited. The service center was clean, efficient, and high tech. Fenix went above and beyond explaining the recall of the 18 CRV and made sure the specific recall part was ordered for me; he personally linked the part order to my customer ID #. Jeremy in the accessories department was excellent too. This is not your typical Honda parts department. He didn't shove the product down my throat, and even called me to make sure I came in for a refund before he left for the day on the trunk liner I was not happy with. Loved coming in for an oil change and looking forward to more visits! More

Total Waste of Time, No Way to do Business! My son purchased his Honda and had a great experience, so he suggested I go in and look at a new Honda Pilot. My experience was totally in the negativ My son purchased his Honda and had a great experience, so he suggested I go in and look at a new Honda Pilot. My experience was totally in the negative direction. I met with Thaddeus Brewer, who was informative about the vehicle. We took it on a test drive, and we came back to discuss numbers. I explained to Thaddeus that I was currently leasing an Accord, and had 4 payments left on it. I wanted to see, as it was the end of the month, and year, if they would take care of those final payments which would allow me to get into a brand new Pilot. I received numbers for a new Pilot Elite, which was a bit high (even though they would take care of my final four payments). My son showed Thaddeus the Honcker app, in which the Honda Pilot Touring, one trim below the Elite was $397 a month, 39 month lease 10,000 miles per year with $3572 due at signing (taxes, bank fee, first month etc.) Thaddeus took my son's phone to his manager (John Liggio) to see if they could match the number. Thaddeus came back and said since it was a competitor's price, they would match it. I even asked Thaddeus again if they would still take care of my final four payments, which Thaddeus said yes. I placed a deposit on the vehicle, slept on it and came back the next day to continue the process. Thaddeus hands me a credit application to fill out, and asks me "What are you going to do with your current lease?" I explain to Thaddeus, as per our conversation in the showroom the night before, was that Babylon Honda was going to take care of the payments. He took the papers up to another manager (John Smykowski) and came back with bad news. They were now unable to complete the detail we agreed to the night before, they would be taking too much of a loss on the Pilot. Babylon Honda would only take care of $400 of what was left on my lease (meaning I'd be left with $1293) which would have increased my monthly payment almost $40. I and my son were quite upset and taken back. Thaddeus even said that he asked John Liggio are you sure these numbers would work, and according to Thaddeus, John "triple checked" everything. Well that clearly was not the case! John Liggio was in a meeting and Thaddeus said he would speak with him once he returned. We left to think things over, and came back the next day and decided not to do the deal, and got our deposit back. When I asked Thaddeus if he spoke with John Liggio about what happen, Thaddeus said he did not do so and just spoke with the other manager, John Smykowski. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to Bablyon Honda. We had a deal in place that was agreed to by a manager, only to have another manager say no this cannot happen. I do not know if it is carelessness, or just incompetence by John Liggio, but that is no way to do business, especially when my son purchased his car and had a great experience. When my son and I spoke our displeasure with Thaddeus, he just sat there and nodded his head. I've read how Thaddeus is all about customer satisfaction; however that clearly was not the case at all! No manager came over to apologize or try to make things right so we left after receiving our deposit. It really showed how Babylon Honda did not care about the situation. Babylon Honda really showed their true colors to us, and I am hoping nothing else happens to another potential customer as it happened to me. More
