I went in for an oil change, took 2.5 hours, ridiculous, my truck was done after two hours parked outside the waiting room, I did approach Steve and asked him to finish my paperwork, gave me a nasty response which ended my business with Babylon Honda, he didn’t even come out to the waiting room to explain my completed service, failing grade, I’m out, thank u, someone should retrain angry Steve!!
