We went to other dealers first and then decided to go back to Babylon Honda to give them a chance to redeem themselves. Well, they did. Thaddeus and the sales management team gave us the deal we wanted. When we picked up the car, Ivan showed us how to use all the bells and whistles the new Odyssey has. It was a nice touch to have someone spend over an hour showing us how to use the new technology and setting up our phones etc with it. Love our new Honda. More

Service I needed wasn't available and no one mentioned that Advisor failed to tell me in advance that I needed to make a separate appt. for the remote start. I drove an hour for no reason.
