I brought my car in at 7:30 was told was gonna take about 2 1/2 hours I’m a realistic person I figured it may take three but was there for six so I was a little frustrated towards the end. I guess I wouldn’t of been so upset if it was in the middle of the day because that’s to be expected but bring the car in for one of the first appointments to wait that long was unexpected and I felt wrong. I hope next time when I go it’s not like that but I would definitely go back! More

He never tried to sell me on something I didn’t want like salesmen I’ve dealt with in the past did. Time was an issue so he was able to get all the paperwork and documents prepared ahead of time. I met him at the dealership on Christmas Eve and he thourally went over the documents as well as the bells and whistles of my new car. I’ve never had a buying experience so smoothly executed! 10/10 would recommend! More
