Very unethical I was told that I needed front and rear brakes for a whopping $530. I refused to bite the bait. I quickly took a ride to my mechanic to verify what yo I was told that I needed front and rear brakes for a whopping $530. I refused to bite the bait. I quickly took a ride to my mechanic to verify what you guys told me. He checked the brakes and I was told that they are good for another 4 months. Meanwhile I was told by you guys that the brakes were critically low and I wouldn't want to driving I front of me. I just wonder how many people get screwed by you. Shame shame on you More

State Inspection I was very disappointed when I was told that my 2015 Honda CRV did not pass the inspection, due to the rear view mirror being broken. When one initia I was very disappointed when I was told that my 2015 Honda CRV did not pass the inspection, due to the rear view mirror being broken. When one initially pulls into the service area, they look at the vehicle and right done where there is any damage,. The Honda should not have been inspected. I was charged for the inspection. I was told that when I come back sometime in August, that is when the inspection will expire, I would have to pay an additional $10.00. I should have not paid for the inspection in the beginning. Advertised promotion offered and agreed on phone within 5min Sal, our sales person is truly a easy person to work with. the whole process was very easy and seamless. Sal discussed what type of CRX trim we wanted Sal, our sales person is truly a easy person to work with. the whole process was very easy and seamless. Sal discussed what type of CRX trim we wanted and offered us the best promotion right over the phone. Upon arrival, the car was already waiting for us for a test drive and more importantly, the paper work was ready for review with the correct agreed upon capitalization cost, payments and down. What really surprised me is that, Sal and his management team figured got us additional manufacturing discounts resulting in a better than advertised over all cost. Who does that? Great dealerships do that. Shoppers do your self a favor, shop around and if you are not happy go to SAL, he wont disappoint. Also, shout out to Bob, for a great arms length trade in for our car.
