I recently had my tire "replaced" at this shop, only to discover a few days later that the tire pressure was alarmingly low. Concerned, I took my car to another shop for inspection, and to my disbelief, I discover a few days later that the tire pressure was alarmingly low. Concerned, I took my car to another shop for inspection, and to my disbelief, I was informed that the tire had never been replaced. I felt utterly deceived and ripped. What's even more disheartening is the recurring pattern of finding unnecessary repairs on my car every time I visit. I spent a significant amount of money in services that were suggested by your team, only to question the legitimacy of these recommendations after this recent incident. This experience has left me questioning the integrity and professionalism of this shop. More
