The best Honda Dealer on LI I have bought about 8 cars from this dealership and I keep on going back. I have been to many dealers this week and had the worst time. Steve helped me find the car of my dream. He was the most wonderful sales consultant I have ever met. So knowledgeable about his products. I had some credit challenges and assured me , that his business manager would do the best she could. Well Elisa did great. I want to thank Steve Berkowitz for not only caring enough to help me but , had me laughing the whole time. Climbing on the table had me in tears !!!!!!!!!!! Steve Is just Wonderful. Awful and uncaring Had no knowledge of he vehicle i was basicly selling to myself or of their warrantee . Called all day to get every sales person to say " he was busy w Had no knowledge of he vehicle i was basicly selling to myself or of their warrantee . Called all day to get every sales person to say " he was busy with a customer", where as I felt i was one, or at least thought. I showed up in person and Steve was sitting in his chair sharing jokes eith fellow salesmen. Wasnt busy whatsoever and just made me feel like trash. Good or bad credit, you are the customer, and shouldn't be treated like a beggar. Unacceptable. More
