I have been to many dealers this week and had the worst time. Steve helped me find the car of my dream. He was the most wonderful sales consultant I have ever met. So knowledgeable about his products. I had some credit challenges and assured me , that his business manager would do the best she could. Well Elisa did great. I want to thank Steve Berkowitz for not only caring enough to help me but , had me laughing the whole time. Climbing on the table had me in tears !!!!!!!!!!! Steve Is just Wonderful. Simply Perfect I would strongly recommend and encourage anyone looking for a new car to go to Babylon Honda. Awful and uncaring Had no knowledge of he vehicle i was basicly selling to myself or of their warrantee . Called all day to get every sales person to say " he was busy w Had no knowledge of he vehicle i was basicly selling to myself or of their warrantee . Called all day to get every sales person to say " he was busy with a customer", where as I felt i was one, or at least thought. I showed up in person and Steve was sitting in his chair sharing jokes eith fellow salesmen. Wasnt busy whatsoever and just made me feel like trash. Good or bad credit, you are the customer, and shouldn't be treated like a beggar. Unacceptable. More

It's Not Often That Buying A New Car Is Pleasurable It was time for a new Honda Accord, and we did our homework. We did our online research, and then talked to a number of dealers on Long Island, includ It was time for a new Honda Accord, and we did our homework. We did our online research, and then talked to a number of dealers on Long Island, including Babylon Honda. When I first talked to Faith Egan (sales manager), she promised to personally take care of us if we took the trip to visit the Babylon Honda showroom. Their dealership is about 20 miles from our home, but Faith was so pleasant on the phone, we decided to invest the time to go there. And when we went, she made good on her promise. In addition, she gave us an excellent price on the new car, walked us through the trade-in process, and was very easy to work with. Luisa Garfinkel, our sales rep, was more of the same. If you don't like being intimidated by car sales people (and most of us don't!), go see Faith and Luisa. You won't be disappointed. More
