When we came to take ownership of the CRV, Gary came in, just for us, even though it was his day off. The car was ready, perfectly prepped and included all the accessories that we had ordered. Gary showed us how to operate the electronics in the vehicle and spent a considerable amount of time with us to be sure we were happy and understood all aobut the vehicle. He had all the paperwork ready as well and even introduced us to the service manager. John, who we spoke to about financing and the extended warrantee, was there as well to greet us and answer a few questions that we had since it was the first car we have ever financed. He was patient and thorough and, like Gary, greeted us when we arrived to pick up the car. As a matter of fact, everyone in the showroom with whom we spoke seemed genuinely happy for us and congratulated us on our purchase.
