From the minute my husband and I entered the showroom we were treated like valued customers. Our salesman, Gary Schwimmer, was fabulous. When we came to take ownership of the CRV, Gary came in, just for us, even though it was his day off. The car was ready, perfectly prepped and included all the accessories that we had ordered. Gary showed us how to operate the electronics in the vehicle and spent a considerable amount of time with us to be sure we were happy and understood all aobut the vehicle. He had all the paperwork ready as well and even introduced us to the service manager. John, who we spoke to about financing and the extended warrantee, was there as well to greet us and answer a few questions that we had since it was the first car we have ever financed. He was patient and thorough and, like Gary, greeted us when we arrived to pick up the car. As a matter of fact, everyone in the showroom with whom we spoke seemed genuinely happy for us and congratulated us on our purchase. At first my husband and my daughter visited the showroom looking for used car. Mark was the one who talked to them and gave them great information about used cars, what to buy or not. We were looking for the right car for the right price for our oldest daughter and we found it at Babylon Honda with the help of Mark at first and then David who filled in perfectly while Mark was on vacation. We needed some additional information and David was so kind and answered all our questions with professionalism. He called us when the car was available to see and take a test drive. He shared with us his car knowledge which was very helpful to make our final decision. One night we gave the deposit and we talked about all the details and the next day the car was waiting while we were finalizing all paper work. As soon as I walked in the door at Babylon Honda I was greeted warmly by Luisa Garfinkel. I explained to Luisa that I had recently been involved in a bad auto accident and my 2010 Honda Civic was totaled. greeted warmly by Luisa Garfinkel. Did not mention cars, just my health. We eventually began to discuss cars and I told her that I was convinced that if I was not driving a Honda that I don't think that I would still be here. It was a head on collision and all the safety features worked like a charm. The engine dropped and did not end up on my lap and all air bags deployed. I crached a few ribs and fractured my sternum but am ok. We talked about the new model and I told her what I wanted and while it was not available there, she would locate the vehicle for me. She called a few days later, vehicle was located and is at the dealership. We made plans for me to come by in 2 days and complete the purchase. The very next day my son became very ill and had to be hospitalized. I left Luisa a message advising her of this. She called back a short while later and told me not to worry abou the car - it will be there as long as it takes for my son to get better. She offered her thoughts and prayers and wished him a speedy recovery. Luisa is a credit to the company and one of the nicest most caring person I have ever met! More
