I first met Mr. Benedict in Feb 2013. I was looking into a pre owned car for my husband. We decided to wait on that purchase. This is my 2nd car from Phill. I had an 08 Civic Si that I sold last year for a TSX, but the TSX was not what I had hoped for. Enter Phill Harvey.
