My family has always been loyal customers to Honda. Every one we have ever had was an awesome experience. I had leased my first Honda Accord coupe in 2010 from Atlantic Honda. Rude, unwelcoming, lies etc. You name it, it went wrong. I was upset with the whole experience, and made car shopping an anxiety ridden experience from then on. I wanted to stay with Honda, because my car was by far, my favorite, however I was skeptical to go back to Atlantic with fear of being pressured into things I did not want, plus everything else that came with it. They had the worst dealers, managers, and service department. I had gotten a few recommendations about Babylon Honda, and made the decision to go down and check it out since my lease was ending in 2 weeks. I then received an email that they were affliated with Good Sam. I called Daivd and made an appointment. He was nothing but wonderful. I walked in, he showed me the inventory. I told him the exact color (interior and exterior), how I wanted a sunroof etc. We went back in, he wrote up all the papers, and I walked out an hour later with a car. David was BEYOND wonderful You are lucky to have him. I will refer everyone to him, and your dealership. He also sat with me, after the painless, and best car shopping trip and explained every button in the car. I couldn't be more happy with the car, David and Babylon Honda as a whole. What a wonderful place to purchese a car. I smile it evertime I get in. Thank you David! More

Where do you begin? Usually going to get a car is an overwhelming experience that leaves a person feeling frazzled. I know it sounds so cliche but when I say they treat you like family...it's 1000% tru overwhelming experience that leaves a person feeling frazzled. They all were so helpful and even helped each other out to do whatever was best for the customer...The needs of the customer was always put first. They were so informative and patient, any worries or concerns were put at ease immediately. We certainly felt like they went above and beyond to accommodate whatever our needs were. Not once did we ever feel like we were being forced in to anything or pushed to make any decisions. I have never had such a positive experience nor have I ever felt compelled to write a review on any business until my experience here. The people names listed above, were specifically unbelievably. Each of them helped to make the transition to Honda an easy one. I will never think twice about where I am going when I need to purchase another car nor will I think twice when recommending where to get one.
