We were in the market to lease a new car that would be affordable and would be appropriate for our family of five. After much research, we decided to test drive the Honda Pilot and was given the recommen affordable and would be appropriate for our family of five. After much research, we decided to test drive the Honda Pilot and was given the recommendation of this dealership (and salesman) from friends. I called the day before our visit and spoke with Tony Fuoco. Having had a terrile experience with another dealership a few years ago, we were apprehensive, to say the least. From our first handshake to our last, our experience was fantastic. Tony was extremely personable and honest. He was not pushy and we did not feel pressured into making any decisions. We test drove the Pilot, spoke about safety, model options and lease pricing. There was absolutely no "run around". We met with John Smykowski to discuss the financials. We received an amazing lease price and will be saving money each month compared to our previous lease. With having three children, who wouldn't be happy about that?! We left the dealership on Saturday afternoon and returned Monday morning to pick up our new car. We couldn't be happier with the quality of service or character of Tony, and of John. I have already made a recommendation regarding this dealership and its employees to someone in the market for a new car for their daughter. We are so very happy and absolutely love our Honda Pilot! I walked in off the street at Babylon Honda based on some online reviews. It was the first dealership my wife and I visited as we began the process of upgrading our vehicle. He was a true gentleman and was a pleasure to deal with. He was not pushy and let his confidence in the vehicle ( 2014 Honda Odyssey) and his confidence that Babylon Honda would be the best buying experience lead the way. We did a test drive and said we were going to look at other models and other dealerships, due the usual due diligence. Ted followed up with a few calls to check in on us as we took almost two weeks of other test drives and sales pitches. Again, it was his excellent demeanor that lead us back to Babylon Honda, and quite frankly, we got a great deal as well.
