I was extremely impressed with the care and professionalism displayed by Luisa Garfinkel when I arrived to price and purchase my new Honda Pilot Touring. Luisa took me to the yard so I could see the vehicles and colors that were in stock and she was thoroughly knowledgeable about all of the features and functions of the vehicle. She far exceeded my expectations after having had a bad experience at Honda City where they bungled my first attempt to purchase a new pilot and subsequently being very dissatisfied with my experience at Millenium and Valley Stream Honda associates. I purchased and received delivery of my new Pilot on the same day. I paid in full as I indicated and received the best customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. I will have no problem referring all of my friends and associates to Luisa at Babylon Honda whenever one of them wants to purchase a new vehicle. I am thoroughly pleased with my experience and especially with my sales person. I own a Communication and Surveillance company and we like to think of it as a relationship where your word is your bond, this Dealership exhibits the same standard. Previously I had attempted to purchase the same car from Honda City in Levittown, however when I arrived to finalize my purchase 2 items were not on the invoice. I did not purchase the car from Honda City because of their failure to rectify their oversight in an acceptable manor. More

Greetings fellow car shoppers, today I would like to share with you my car buying experience with Phil, Harvey at Babylon Honda. As a NAVY veteran I had access to a wide variety of discounts and perks b share with you my car buying experience with Phil, Harvey at Babylon Honda. As a NAVY veteran I had access to a wide variety of discounts and perks by utilizing my Military Bank to purchase a new car. My Military Bank partnered with Auto Circle to provide a hassle –free car buying experience by offering deep discount-contracted prices with participating dealerships. I started my car search with Millennium Honda (MH) located in Hempstead NY. MH had a good variety of colors and trims at a decent price but “decent” was not good enough as they were not able to match my Bank’s contracted price in addition they did not have the color and trim I desired. The MH sales person did state that he could get the car in the correct trim and color at a higher cost ($250 +). As a savvy shopping I knew that was a finder’s fee, therefore I refused the offer. My next course of action was to search online the closest dealer with the right color and trim. What do you know…? Babylon Honda show’s up. I made a call and spoke to Phil Harvey of Babylon Honda. I got straight to the point. I told him I wanted this Car in this trim and color for this price, % apr and down payment.. Can you beat it? Phil Harvey took down my number ,called me back in three minutes and said Yes, we have the car , color, trim ,price and apr% ( I knew I would of qualified for the apr% as I have been a consecutive Honda Financials customers for well over 5 years and I knew I had good credit). All in all I am very happy as I was able to the Car, Color, Trim, Price, APR, Term and payments to my specifications. Furthermore Phil also gave me lifetime annual NYS state inspections along with oil changes for 2 years. What can I say … I am a one happy Honda owner. I hope this review helps. Happy car hunting!
