Let me first start by saying that i would recommend John L and Dave M a million times over to anyone who is looking for a new or used car, This is my second Honda that i have purchased from this dealership L and Dave M a million times over to anyone who is looking for a new or used car, This is my second Honda that i have purchased from this dealership and both times i have been so blessed with such kind, honest and hard working people. I was a victim of Hurricane Sandy, I Lost my home and shortly after my Job. With two cars, two car payments and two car insurance payments money was beginning to become an issue. Once i had returned to work i contacted Dave and explained my situation, he told me that he would be able to help, I came in and i was immediately greeted with a smile and he sat me down with John Liggio who i couldn't have asked for a more compassionate person to work with. Dave and John saw the severity of the situation and saw i needed help, desperately. They worked really hard, went beyond there means, Not only did they Trade both my vehicles in and get me into a New car, but they saved me a lot of money. Rebuilding life is hard, but it was just a little easier knowing i had honest people who cared enough to try and success in giving me a second chance. I do not think there is enough thank you's for the blessing they have bestowed upon me, but i am forever grateful for everything they and The Dealership has done for me... After Hurricaine Sandy, I needed a new car, and Mark was very easy to work with in finding the right one for me. Once the choices were narrowed to a few used cars, we got into the details of what made them very easy to work with in finding the right one for me. He gave me no nonsense whatsoever; questions were answered. When it came time to price them, it was the same thing. Mark (and management) was flexible - not to the point of giving the cars away, but enough so that I was comfortable with the purchase. He even explained what each charge listed was for. No fee was hidden. [NB: Sometimes this information was offered up. Other times I had to ask about it, but when I did, it was answered without hesitation.] Unfortunately, a couple of months later, the car was totalled, and I had to get yet another one. I went back to Mark, and this time, I looked at some used cars and also the possibility of leasing a new one. It was the exact same experience, with the added benefit of Mark going through the math with me regarding what value I'm getting at the end of the term with financing a used car versus leasing an new one. (I had the math verified by a trusted family member.) When it came time to compare cars and review costs, it was the same deal as before. Not only was Mark a nice, humorous, easy-to-work-with person, but the management at Babylon Honda was there backing him up as well. I highly recommend that dealership. More

I was in the market for a new Honda Pilot. I did some research first on the internet, so I had an idea on what the approximate cost would be. However, things soured quickly when I explained to the salesman that I wanted to get other prices. The next place I went to was Babylon Honda, and spoke with Phill Harvey. Phill was great. Phill knew the car from top to bottom, which prompted me to ask him if he owned a Pilot. He didn't. Anyway, he was able to beat the first price and I decided not to get any more quotes. Not only do I think I got a very good deal, the whole experience was,if not enjoyable, at least bearable,thanks to Phill. More
