I think this is my 4th Honda from Babylon Honda. Tony is a great person to work with, honest, sincere and really looks out for the buyers best interest. Not when you sit with Tony, it's about the buyer and what is best for you. He spends as much time as you need, understands if you need to "think about it" and doesn't leave you a million annoying sales messages on your phone (like other dealers). I can't say enough great things about Tony, who by the way called me yesterday to check on me and my new 2013 CRV which I got a couple of days ago. More

I bought my Honda Civic from Babylon Honda five years ago, so this rating is more-or-less based solely on their service department. I have been taking my car to Babylon Honda since I purchased it and ago, so this rating is more-or-less based solely on their service department. I have been taking my car to Babylon Honda since I purchased it and honestly, I have never had a significant problem with them. There have been a few times that I've gotten lost in a transfer-loop when calling in to make my appointments, but I always eventually land where I need to and the person on the other line is courteous and doesn't waste your time (which I like). Yes, they recommend what some might call "unnecessary services", but it is a dealership auto shop. You kind of need to expect that. Regardless, I have never walked out of the shop feeling like I'd been swindled out of more money than would seem fair. Also, they always consult with me before they perform any work for things which I have not directly brought the car in for and they provide a price upfront for the recommended service work. There have been times where I have waited several hours for my car to be finished and then there have been times where I have waited less than forty-five minutes. I've almost exclusively taken my car in on Saturday mornings and the waiting area is fairly crowded until 11am. Again, these are things you need to be prepared for if you decide to take your car into a dealership's shop. I bring a book and settle in for a while and I've only had to ask how much longer my car would be one time. They're friendly, they keep my car running smoothly and they have decent hours. I won't bash any other Honda dealerships here, but Babylon Honda -- as far as my original purchase is concerned -- was the only dealership that did not give me a hard time or make me feel like I was any less important than their other potential customers. I'm not asking for five-star treatment. I'm just looking for respect as a customer and that's what keeps me coming back to Babylon Honda. More

I Found Luisa to be a wonderful person- professional, responsive, etc. She answered all my questions before I asked and I had a lot of Questions!!!!! The price on the car was good, though I suggest that you ask any car dealer these days about all dealer fees before you even go to the dealership, including any and all fees associated with purchasing the car if you don't finance the vehicle with them. BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I PUT A $250 DEPOSIT ON A USED CAR AND ENDED UP CHANGING MY MIND AND GOING WITH A NEW TOYOTA LEASE. Last Monday on my way to work in my 2011 Honda Fit Sport, I was T-boned by a Ford Explorer. I immediately thought of the salesperson and dealership that I had purchased my now totaled 2011 Honda Fit not even 9 months ago, Phill Harvey at Babylon Honda. Phill met me at the dealership that evening, three hours after he got off work. I had a signed deal in under an hour and would pick up my new 2012 Honda Fit Sport 2 days later. On delivery day, I was dropped of at the dealership and soon realized that my old plates were still on my old car at the auto body (it's been a tough week). Without hesitation, Phill drove me there to get the plates just minutes before they locked up for the rest of the weekend. Phill went out of his way to meet me at the dealership. He offered me price and financing (Honda Finance) I couldn't refuse. He drove me to get my plates so I wouldn't have to wait till Monday to get my new car. He went above & beyond and helped give my horrible week a great ending! It's no wonder they call him "The Legend"! Thanks Phill! More
