I recently purchased a new Civic EX from this dealer. My experience was excellant. My salesman (Ted Hanlon) was far and above any salesman I have recently dealt with as far as going above and beyond the nor experience was excellant. I have had two opportunities before in going to other dealerships to buy a car. Both instances had left me with experiences ranging from extremely pushy salesperson, to people telling me what I needed to dealerships to buy a car. Both instances had left me with experiences ranging from extremely pushy salesperson, to people telling me what I needed to do. Fatigue and drama was the overall impression of car buying for me at those places.. Needless to say, when I went to purchase a car for a third time, I was filled with a sense of dread. HOWEVER, at BABYLON HONDA, I had a completely different experience. Mr.Ted Hanlon, who handled the entire deal, was very friendly, pleasant, and most of all NOT PUSHYat all! He genuinely cared about what car I needed and would suit my needs financially. He did not put deadlines which said, if I did not pick the car up by tomorrow....it might be gone, as had happened at the other two dealerships. Mr. Ted Hanlon made the paperwork simple, fast and understandable to me, even though it was a complicated trade-in deal. Mr. Hanlon's patience, pleasant courteous behavior and above all genuine caring attitude towards working out a deal that I could actually afford was refreshing. Moreover Mr. Hanlon followed up with me to make sure there was no problems with the car, and never hesitated to awnser any of my multitude of questions about the car and its handling, even after the deal was done. This is a rare quality in any salesperson. They don't need to do anything after the deal goes through! Overall, after my experience at Babylon Honda with Mr. Hanlon, no longer causes me to cringe at the thought of going to a car dealership. SO If you want to have a smooth, stress free car buying experience.....with excellent customer service and follow-ups, then make an appointment with Mr. Ted Hanlon at Babylon Honda, and see for yourself, that car dealerships and car salesmen are not all the same!!!! More

all my cars got destroyed after hurricane Sandy , ted Hanlon asked me what I wanted , what I was looking for , in all my years of dealing with a car sales person , never before did I actually feel that a Hanlon asked me what I wanted , what I was looking for , in all my years of dealing with a car sales person , never before did I actually feel that a sales person really cared for my needs ... at Babylon Honda and with mr Hanlon I did feel that the caring was genuine . The people at Babylon Honda were very friendly. Our salesman Bill took care of everything, explaining some of the processes along the way. When I returned to purchase the car last Saturday, he was with salesman Bill took care of everything, explaining some of the processes along the way. When I returned to purchase the car last Saturday, he was with another couple. Throughout their time with Bill, he was able to be attentive to what they needed and was also working to start the final processes of the deal we were working on.
