Angel tried to charge me $69. 99 for my oil change but I had to inform him I am a return customer and i receive coupons. He decided to look my account up and noticed i had a coupon 99 for my oil change but I had to inform him I am a return customer and i receive coupons. He decided to look my account up and noticed i had a coupon and applied it to my account. Furthermore, I had to wait 2 hours for an oil change due to the staff having a meeting,which caused them to hold off on doing my car maintenance. I felt like that was very inconsiderate because none of the staff informed me that i would have a longer wait due to their meeting.Moral of the story they need to communicate with the customers better.
