I went in to trade my Civic for a different car. At first, Salesman Jon, was very helpful but upon arriving home, I realized the car did not have the 1 thing I informed him from the beginning that I At first, Salesman Jon, was very helpful but upon arriving home, I realized the car did not have the 1 thing I informed him from the beginning that I wanted in a new car, Apple Car Play. During the process I asked 3 separate times if the car I was purchasing had Apple Car play, to which he answered I have to look into it. Not all LX models have Apple Car Play. When I was home and realized the new car did not have it, I called Jon and He told me Remember I said LX models might not have it. He would return my call to see what could be done, and he never reached out to me. Absolutely unprofessional how misleading the salesman was. Absolutely will not recommend this place to anyone. I went in the next day and spoke to his supervisor who informed me the LX model does not have Apple Car Play. Had the original salesman been honest, I would've picked out a different model that did have it. This whole issue would have been avoided More
