The people were nice enough in person at the dealership, but they were not very responsive via phone. I called 3-4 times to receive information/guidance regarding buying out my lease before my appointment a but they were not very responsive via phone. I called 3-4 times to receive information/guidance regarding buying out my lease before my appointment and was told someone would call me back multiple times over the course of a week, but no one did. The individual on the phone seemed annoyed I kept calling. However, I did not have all of the information I needed prior to my appointment which would have made my visit smoother. More

My car continues to have the same problem. I brought it in for and they told me it wouldn’t happen again.
