Hi Mr. Lazo, As per our in-person conversation, the maintenance minder codes displayed on your vehicle upon arrival were B167, which includes: an oil and filter change, tire rotation, rear differential fluid replacement, and brake fluid service. As part of our standard procedure, one of our Service Advisors explained each of these services in detail during the write-up process, along with the associated costs. At that time, you approved and signed off for the recommended work to be performed. Regarding your battery concerns, it was noted that your vehicle is driven only 2,000–3,000 miles per year, which is significantly below the average of 12,000–15,000 miles. As mentioned, this lower usage can result in battery degradation over time. Our technician removed the covers obstructing access to the battery to show you that it had been replaced earlier this year. In addition, a battery test was performed during your visit, and the results showed that the battery was in good condition at that time. A copy of the test results was shared with you. As I mentioned during our discussion, I recommend using a Battery Tender to help maintain a steady charge when the vehicle is not driven frequently. This can significantly extend battery life and reduce the chance of future issues. I hope this clears up any concerns.
