No contact between Management and Customer for over 3 wks. on our Repair status. Only Edwin in California at American Honda (case mgr.) was able to be our in-between. Over 15 calls were made to Steven Fe wks. on our Repair status. Only Edwin in California at American Honda (case mgr.) was able to be our in-between. Over 15 calls were made to Steven Ferchak and John McGuire, without the courtesy of a reply. Their Reception area consists of torn and ripped leather seats and a Coffee Station (not available of course during Covid) but it too was filthy. Our next vehicle will once again be a Lexus.! More

I don’t usually fill these out unless 1) I received Exceptional service or 2) I received horrible service. I brought my car in TWICE to the Babylon Honda service center. My 2017 Honda Accord Ex-L V6 ha Exceptional service or 2) I received horrible service. I brought my car in TWICE to the Babylon Honda service center. My 2017 Honda Accord Ex-L V6 has been getting absolutely horrible gas mileage. I usually get anywhere from 19-36 MPG, of course 36 being when I get on the highway. NowC I am Getting around 13-14mpg and it’s a struggle to get up there. When I start the car, it gets anywhere from 1.2mpg - 5.0mpg. I brought the car in to be checked and was told the air filter as clogged and should solve the problem. I paid $70 to change the filter and of course it did not fix the problem. I was told a service member drove the car and got an average of 17 mpg. There clearly is an issue with something because the mileage went down significantly. I guess I just expected a little more understanding on my issue and Honda offering to look into it further. I really felt like they just wanted me to pay for the filter to be changed and get my money and leave. Like they didn’t want to be bothered. More
