I worked with Steven for over a year, initially looking at a Taycan and then pivoting to the Macan Electric. The one I particularly like is the hand washes. The service staff is always courteous, and I like that they respond by email since busy professionals cannot always respond with a phone call during business hours. I was very happy they gave me some gifts for the purchase, but I might have preferred a choice rather than the ones offered. Not a major issue, and it would not dissuade me from purchasing again, since this is the second time I have bought a car from the Exchange group. More
