The lender will not cash it because our account has been closed. I want a check sent to me now. I don't want to wait for you to get your uncashed check back from the lender and then him haw around or come up with another reason to put off paying me my refund. This is stupid! More

They stole $4000. 00 from us! We bought a car from the selection in May. We bought the Gold package warrantee for $4000. When we got the car home we noticed some issues 00 from us! We bought a car from the selection in May. We bought the Gold package warrantee for $4000. When we got the car home we noticed some issues when turning. Took it to the dealer. There were about $4500 worth of issues, of which the warrantee company would only pay $650. So, we cancelled the warrantee. The selection hadn't paid the warrantee company yet. So, the selection said they would refund the $4000. That was in May. I have called and texted many, many times. Each time I get "Oh yeah, I'll talk to the owner" or "They're gonna send it on Tuesday" I already ate the expense of the initial repairs. I can be reasonable. This has gone from ridiculous to criminal! I am not going away until I get my $4000.00! Small claims court is my next step if I don't receive it. More
