Our New MINI My husband and I were looking to buy a new MINI since we are very satisfied with our present Cooper. We wanted to consolidate a sedan and the MINI into one car and were looking for a MINI Countryman. The closest dealer to us is MINI of Grand Rapids so we drove 90 miles one day to check out their cars. We met Shaun Waid while perusing the parking lot of MINIs. He is a friendly, sincere car salesman who immediately steered us to the correct model for our needs. He spent lots of time finding the car since his dealership didn't have exactly what we wanted. He found it at another dealer in the Midwest and within ten days we were driving away in a beautiful new MINI! On our very first visit to MOGR Shaun invited us to participate in a rally his dealership had arranged for the weekend. We were just off the street looking for a car and he wanted to make us feel like a member of the MOGR family. The rally was fun and we met many nice people that day. Nichole was very helpful during the financial process the day we picked up the car. She is very knowledgeable about the paperwork and explained everything to our satisfaction. Steve, the other MINI salesman, always made sure we were greeted and offered a beverage each time we have been to the showroom. I like the staff at MOGR very much. Shaun introduced us to the service people who will be taking care of our MINI in the future. More

The entire group, Shaun, Jason and Nicole worked as a team and I liked that Jason jumped in to help when Shaun got double teamed. When I picked up the car on Saturday, he had everything ready, walked me through all the new features (and there were plenty compared to my 12 year old model), and we were on our way. We had a little bit of custom work done at the dealership prior to purchase to personalize the car. I greatly appreciated that Steve would follow up daily and occasionally twice a day to communicate when our vehicle would be finished and ready to be picked up.
