2014 Mini Cooper S I bought my first Mini Cooper in 2011 from Sharpe. It was a demo model and I really enjoyed getting to know this make of car and the great people at I bought my first Mini Cooper in 2011 from Sharpe. I decided to move to the S model and in talking to Shaun, he suggested I wait for the 2014s as they were going through a model change. Boy did he give me great advice. I ordered my Mini in late May and just picked it up today. This is the very first car I have ever ordered from the factory (and I am in my 50s!) and it was a painless process. Shaun made it fun and easy and kept me posted on its progress through the production line and the trip from England. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and I highly recommend calling Shaun to get you into a Mini Cooper! More

Great Experience We bought our first Mini Cooper from the Sharpe Collection in 2009. Shaun Waid was our salesperson. I found Shaun, at that time to be very knowledgeable and patient. During a recent visit, Shaun sat down with me and laid out scenarios for purchase and lease options for a new 2014 vehicle and explained each option to me. My husband and I decided to lease, however, on the day we were to pick up the car, we decided to back out of the deal due to some very negative comments I had read regarding leasing on the internet. When I told Shaun that we were going to cancel the deal, he did not get upset. He discussed our concerns with us never putting pressure on us to change our mind. We then talked with the Sales Manager, Mark, and he was great. He sat down and listened to our concerns about leasing then helped us understand the leasing process so we felt comfortable. I am happy to say that we did in fact lease a 2014 Countryman and we love it! Thanks to Shaun and Mark for a great experience! I'd also like to thank the very special lady with whom we signed the papers. She was very thorough and explained things clearly. We made an appointment to test drive a vehicle and were met with warm and friendly personalities. The experience was outstanding; professional, friendly, no gimmicks, no hassles. We talked about "deals" other car dealerships offer and were informed that Sharpe doesn't engage in tactics that mislead clients (what a refreshing approach). Because the employees don't work on commission the environment was stress-free and very comfortable. We ended up buying our vehicle that day! Shaun was able to get us a lower loan rate than we could at our hometown credit union. I would highly recommend working with The Sharpe Collection if you are interested in a new or used vehicle.
