I purchased a Chrysler PT Cruiser from then in march of 2009. This was my first car so they took advantage of the fact that I'm young and don't know much about buying a car. When I got the car the stereo system didn't work and an arm rest was missing. I brought to there attention before I drove the car off the lot. They said they would fix it. They lied it never got fixed. Then a month later the timing belt on the car broke. I ask a mechanic about the belt and they told me that the belt had never been changed. I told the people at the dealership and they told me that I should of had it checked out before I bought it. Then in December of 2009 my tag for my car expired so I tried to get the tags myself but since I don't have the tittle sole savers has to send the DMV my paper work so I can drive the car. They never did and now it's July 2010 and still no tags. I've paid them all they way up till the end of may and finally told them I'm not paying anymore until I get my tags. So they decided to send a repo man to my parents home in Arkansas to try and get the car. I find that there unfair and unjustly service should not be allowed. So far the car has been shut off by the little device in the car which is illegal in some states. And now I'm bus bound. I also tried trading in the car but when the new dealership calls sole savers they never answer the phone nor give the information so that I can get rid of the car. The car has been in a wreck and they did not disclose it,the intrest rate is though the roof, same as the payments. Everythingy they claim about friendly service is a bunch of crap! They sold me a car that had been in a wreck. They painted over the dash where the air bag is on the passenger side so it wouldn't be noticed.
