Horrible Sales Experience We were quoted a price on a new car here and had the quote verified many times before going in. The dealer tried to pull a complete bait and switch on We were quoted a price on a new car here and had the quote verified many times before going in. The dealer tried to pull a complete bait and switch once they got us at the dealership. They would not honor the deal we had in writing from them. Please try other dealers in the area, we were able to get the same deal at 2 other dealers. The deal we received was exactly as was promised by Thomas Acura but they actually followed through with it. Avoid this dealership at all costs. More

Exceptional service in Jimmy was excellent in assisting me on replacing my car's dead battery. My warranty just happened to expire a few days after and the battery decided t Jimmy was excellent in assisting me on replacing my car's dead battery. My warranty just happened to expire a few days after and the battery decided to break down. I towed my car to the dealership and he and the mechanics assisted me in fixing it through warranty that he vouched for. I have one of the worst luck when that happens, but he definitely made my day and definitely made me a satisfied customer walking out of the dealership with my car fully intact and functioning. He was also prompt and courteous in updating me information about the fix while I was at work. He also allowed me to pick up my vehicle at their site the day after because I never had time to pick up my car the same day it was completed. More
